We work in a relaxing, positive way, making lessons fun and interactive with no pressure. We do not insist you do exams, we don't even say that you have to read music. Everything is designed to suit you and the way that you want to play, whether that be as a solo pianist, a classical concert pianist, a rock keyboard player or a band keys guy. If you want to learn to play, whatever your choice, we are here to help.
Simon has been teaching and performing for over 20 years, as a classically trained pianist and as a keyboard player. He is able to communicate and inspire all players, whatever level you may be, from beginner to experienced and specialises in working with people with special educational needs, physical needs, autism and more.

Muzio Clementi
Muzio Clementi 23 January 1752 to 10 March 1832 was an Italian-born British composer, pianist, pedagogue, conductor, music publisher, editor, and piano manufacturer. who was the son of a silversmith? the piano firm Clementi eventually became Collard and Collard.
He was encouraged to study music by his father, Muzio was sponsored as a young composer by Sir Peter Beckford who brought him to England to advance his studies in music. Later, he toured Europe numerous times from his long-standing base in London. It was on one of these occasions, in 1781, that he engaged in a piano competition with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Clementi published a highly respected piano method which even Beethoven endorsed him, sending pupils along to Clementi.
