With 25 years of teaching expertise and a Masters with Distinction from the Royal College of Music, I bring the unique perspective of a concert pianist to every lesson. I specialise in helping students move beyond the notes, transforming technical proficiency into genuine artistry.

Expertise & Background

Since 1999, I have worked extensively with Andrew Ball, Irina Zaritskaya, and Yonty Solomon (a pupil of Dame Myra Hess). I have performed in masterclasses for world-renowned artists such as Emanuel Ax and Murray Perahia.

With over 25 years of experience, my teaching career spans more than 100 pupils at distinguished public schools and in private practice. My students consistently achieve success in ABRSM exams, diplomas, music scholarships, and competitive auditions.

What I Offer

• Comprehensive Instruction: I specialise in classical piano instruction, incorporating musicianship, aural training, and music theory as integral parts of the learning process, especially for exam preparation.

• Preparation for Success: I prepare students for concerts, competitions, auditions, music scholarships, specialist music schools, and ABRSM exams.

Lesson Details

• Location: Dedicated music studio in Weybridge.

• Fees: £60 per hour. Shorter sessions: 45 mins (£45) or 30 mins (£34).

• Availability: Weekdays and Saturdays. Online theory lessons are also available.
