S&S grand 1930s

Piano Auctions had the above grand with a beautiful case designed by " Will. Kennard"
Any idea who he was. Must be related!

It was a model A no 286770 designed by Herbert Cescinsky and WA Kennard six cabriole legs'matching stool.

No, what I meant is, is it Smith & Sons? Scheidmayer & Soehne? Steinway & Sons? Or who?
