Look in Quick Links on the list on the left, for 'Piano Tuners'. None of the Yorkshire tuners actually seem to be in York, but you can always ask them for a recommendation - they will know tuners nearer to York if they don't go there themselves, and it's safer than plucking a name from the Yellow Pages.
