If by crisp tone you mean bright sounding then most people on here seem to be in a massive rush to get a tech straight on their Yams to tone them down the moment they have bought them, so exceptional...........no normal ............ yes! :D

I think the comment on the back up issue was based on the fact that the dealer is selling at cost therefore making no profit therefore quite likely to be not around when the back up is needed.

No , buy the Kemble. If the dealer is a idiot its not your fault. You are saving so much money that even if he does go bust you are quids in and you could probably hassle Kembles in to sorting major problems ( which I have never had on any we have sold).

As 3 fat blokes sitting on a sofa will weigh more than that, sofa castor cups will be fine. Get ones with the flat base and a felt pad on the underside. Most diy sheds do them.

Try mucking about with the acoustics of the room first, it might be cheaper. If you have lots of hard surfaces, wood floors, no curtains and no soft furnishings stick a big thick rug on the floor and see if it changes the sound.

Go to Citizens advice and ask what your rights are. Worst case go to small claims court. They will likely not want the hassle and sort it out before it gets too far. Sadly you will have to invest a bit of time to start the process.
