To a certain extent I agree with PianoFifty. However I cannot really see a problem with learning a notated score by sightreading firstly, then memorising sections and then re-playing the score from memory. You can use Cakewalk with a Windows laptop. I use it and it is fantastic, it notates as you play and will print out the finished score. It will read midi files and notate them also. e.g if you have say "fur elise" recorded as a midi it will play the score and print the score. About a tenth...
