Keysound was founded by Nigel Makepeace who has been trading from the same premises for the last 34 years. One of the reasons for the success of the business is our attention to after sales service. We have many customers who have now been with us for a quarter of a century and have become personal friends.
With the advancement in technology over recent times we have been able to assist our valued customers with questions regarding Midi, computers, software, service or with general advice. We specialise in helping with top end keyboards, such as the Korg PA2x, Roland E80, and the Tyros3. Lets face it, sometimes those instruction manuals can be very confusing and a simple phone call can save hours of frustration. We manage to do this as well as selling at Best prices with discounts and best part exchange deals. We would like to think that we are among the cheapest and certainly give the best aftersales service.
Recently appointed Director: Steve Dove has just been appointed as sales director after completing over 25 years service with the company. Steve's product knowledge is second to none and Keysound is proud to have him as a director of the company.
Nigel Makepeace has been in the music business all of his life and also has many other interests within the industry. He has written software for Roland keyboards and now offers this free to customers. In recent times he has written several reviews for publications such as Keyboard Cavalcade, Technote, and Atelier Times and for the past six years has enjoyed being the Musical
