Hi, I’m investigating a family heirloom. My great grandfather’s piano. It’s made by J & J Hopkinson with the dates of awards granted to the firm as on the pics. We have found a serial number 12456 stamped on the key lid and the same one stamped inside but having looked on the dating page, it doesn’t seem to correspond. Does anyone have any idea what age this piano may be please?
