Minor problems in upright piano can occur during use. If you do not have significant experience in restoration, I would not recommend attempting to repair such issues by yourself, especially regarding an action of a piano. However, anyone can glue a black key that has come loose back into place. How can you do this yourself? It is important to remove the black key from the piano and not to glue it directly in place, as excess glue may get into the cracks of the adjacent white keys, causing them to stick or become dislodged. To do this, remove the top panel of upright piano and key's cover. Then unscrew the two screws holding wood key rail, and you will have access to black broken key. Remove it from the pin and, following the recommendations in this video, glue it back on. If you follow the steps demonstrated by Max, you will be successful. The glue needed for repairs is any modification of "Hvat" or thick PVA glue. You can use any other glue if the instructions state that it can glue wood to plastic.
