i am still trying to find out any info about my piano made by the Holland Piano mfg co. if anyone knows anything can you please help me out?

Est 1913 do you have the serial number

The only serial number I can find is imprinted on the sound board. It is #23716. Thanks Barry.

23716 = c1916

What does the c mean before the year?

"c1916" means CIRCA 1916, there is no such thing as an accurate, precise date for an old piano, the manufacturing process was so long. Also, numbers can be completely misleading.
