Broadwoods never made 2 of anything 2000 yes but not 2

Your piano was made in c1885

As to it being rare no there are many grands still in working order in the UK of that age

Photos would help determining if it is the real thing if you need a full report you can contact Bill or Broadwoods, Broadwoods charge 50 pounds Bill charges ….. a lot less

I would always take it with a pinch of salt when anyone says it was one of only two made! There several examples like that in the forum files. As to the idea that Broadwood had pianos made by other firms in the 1880s, I don't believe it! Where was this site? I have qwritten to many sites asking them to sorrect wrong information, most don't bother. Broadwoods' search will tell you less than my booklet, but it is specific to your piano, and original archive material.
