If you succumb to your emotions (and if you can afford it I hope you do :P ) you could ensure the piano would get plenty of use regardless of what happens with your child......learn to play yourself :wink: ... you are never to old to learn.

You can also get a very different and softer and more mellow sound if you open the chords ie: play each note seperately....it allows a lot of improvisation depending on the music you are playing.

Goodness.....the case of the school being sued for helping a visually impaired student seems a harsh measure for a publisher to take.
