This look like a good deal?

Hi, Looking for a 70's/80's U3 and I found this here: https://www.gumtree.com/p/pianos/yamaha-u3-upright-piano-price-dropped-to-%C2%A31799/1175133667 Now, for £1800 it seems too good to be true, but from the pictures it seems okay. Just wanted some opinions on whether it looks alright to buy or not....
