Can someone tell me a dotted minim in a bar (time signature 3/4), what will it be when change a bar for time signature 9/8 ?

Can someone good enough to tell me how to play the song "Passepied" by DIEUPART (grade 3), the first 8 bars at the base clef? I was confused by the crochet rest just above the dotted minim.
