Sometimes a heavy touch can be due to tight centre pins, but this shouldn't be the case on a brand new instrument. If so, the dealer should again sort this for you.
Have you changed from an old piano? The problem might in that case be that your old instrument was a bit sloppy (technical term - are you impressed?! )
and the problem lies in the comparison between the two rather than squarely with the Petrof. Barrie knows more about all the different foibles of new pianos, so I daresay he'll be of more help than me. Have fun!
