Not sure what these are called. how does one play the arpeggio in harmony in the image shown. Thanks.

If your hands are large enough you could play the low D and Fsharp on the F staff together. Most people couldn't do this so the low D is played as an arpeggio with the Fsharp, some people describe this as rolling the notes. The D in the right hand is played when the Fsharp is sounded.

Its a tremolo in base clef D to F#.

I saw piano tremolos on a you tube video and the notes were played over and over again at the speed of light.
