I have to be very careful about revealing too much.
I have written evidence that the person trying to sell it appears to have other motives. Refusing to give a name, Changing their mind, contacting me even though I warned them I would call the police after they harrassed me a few years ago and I have written evidence from piano teachers across the west midlands saying they found this person to be intimidating and threatening.
This person needs a mental health assessement and uses anxiety as a reason for his behaviour. He has seemingly slandered a lot of teachers, ABRSM, and upset a lot of people on forums.
