I know this is a bonkers question, but does anyone know if it's possible to hire a stage piano in Florence, Italy? I'm taking a choir there in February and it would be great NOT to have to cart our own Yamaha P90 and speakers across from the UK.

Any advice gratefully received.

Could the venue or organisers in Florence not help you with that? It's usually the hosts who would accomodate guest performers. Or are you the organiser? Even so, whoever you liaised with in Florence is bound to know the local music shop and arrange the hire of a P90 for you - or maybe a CP300 which would be even better! So long as they don't try to fob you off with a Fatar stage piano you'll be fine.

Yamaha stages pianos are dead common these days all over the world never mind Europe. Try your friends in Florence and see what they come up with. By the way, did your stand come through from Yamaha parts?
