Hi,

If you're playing the ascending scale of C Maj with the right hand then (with the thumb as 1 and the little finger as 5) it's 123 12345.

So the next note for the thumb is F. If you carry on to two octaves the fingering is 123 1234 123 12345.

In the left hand the fingering is 54321 321, with two octaves being 54321 321 4321 321.

Downhill it's just the above in reverse!

You can buy scale books with all the fingering set out for the major and minor keys.
