Prices in the US a far away from prices in the UK so we could not hope to give you a value on your piano the soundbord is make of wood the brass is problem the tuning pin plate never seen a Kimball so I am only guessing you would be better getting in a local tuner as they will know the local market forces and can inspect the piano
