This post is part-time, working 18.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year at our Piano School on Appleton Gate in Newark.

We are recruiting a Lecturer in Piano Tuning and Restoration to provide the highest quality educational experience in the specialist skills of piano tuning and restoration.

The post holder will teach the skills required to develop professional standards for tuning and restoring all aspects of upright and grand pianos, embedding the specialist subject knowledge and historical context.

You will prepare students for work as piano technicians or self-employed tuners and provide basic business planning.
