Hello,
I know nothing about digital pianos but my 10 year old is starting lessons and we’ve been encouraged to buy a clavinova.
I’ve found a secondhand clp 635 (with stool) for £880 (would make an offer) or a new clp 725 for £1419 (with stool and headphones).
Is it worth paying more for the newer one?
Thank you for any advice,
Jade

Re: Secondhand clp 635 or new clp 725
If I am remembering correctly a friend has a CLP 635 which was purchased for about £1000 some 6 six years ago. In those six years I believe digital pianos have undergone even further improvement and if you are able to go for a brand new model then that would be my advice. In any case a brand new piano will come with a guarantee. Are you able to visit any nearby music shops to try out a few different types of digital pianos ?
