John Ruskin's pianos

Isn't it strange that a beautiful part of the country with wonderful mountain scenery takes its name from the flat, wet bits! We have just returned from a few days of glorious weather in the Lake District, and went to Brantwood to look at John Ruskin's 1871 Broadwood cottage piano. I also played for a while on their grand piano, but the puzzle they would like to solve is that Ruskin originally had a Broadwood grand, which was sold in the 1930s. Does anyone out there know where Ruskin's grand might be now? No serial number is available.
