CHEPSTOW is listed in Pierce but no other information, I would say that the other name was the shop that sold the piano. You could try Bedford Library http://www.lb.rhbnc.ac.uk/
http://www.bedford.gov.uk and ask if they have any info on the Shop FRASERSON & MACKENZIE LTD if it is still open or when it closed that will
give you some more info Bill may have something on them

I have tuned Chepstow London pianos occasionally, from round about the 1920s, but have no information ready on computer, nor on Fraserson. I'll see what I can find.
