There are quite a few Russells 2 in the UK and about 4 in the US but I have not come across a Russell & Russell. James Russell UK pianos date back to 1800 Clinkscale lists a square piano dated 1810 –20 number 2323 5.5 Octaves

They were limited by 1914, and still around in the thirties.
