Hi all!

I’m trying to figure out where my piano may have come from and how old it might be. It’s been in my family since the 1950s or early 1960s and it was purchased secondhand so no one ever knew where it was from.

About 20 years ago, the tuner told me he had never seen this piano/name before and he did some research to find out possible dates. He told me at the time that from what he could gather, he thought it must have been made in the 1920s or 1930s, but he also didn’t find any concrete information about it.

A web search gives me a total of zero results, including with alternate spellings for what should be the phonetics of the name (zw-, zu-, -änz, etc).

I’m posting the only reasonably good photo I have of it at the moment. I’m abroad so unfortunately I can’t check the serial number or get new photos, but I’d be happy with just knowing where it came from and a bit of history about it.

Thanks in advance! :)
