Berkeley pianos

Does anyone have any knowledge of a piano company called Berkeleys of London? This is just an interest question as I started my first lessons on this make.

Would that be Berkley? Lamberts were at Berkley Piano Works, Berkley Road in the forties. On the whole, many piano names are absolutely meaningless, as explained at
