I don't generally watch the Eurovision semis, usually because I never know when they are on!

Did they advertise it?

I'm kind of surprised that UK is entering at all.

Never mind, given our location, if Ireland does well this year, we can jump on their victory band wagon!

I think Andrew Loyd Webber is going to play the piano for the song he composed, so it will be him and Jade performing. I will watch that that bit and some others but not the whole thing.

Euro Vision clashes with that BBC 2 program 'The Birth of British Music' so I'm going to watch BBC 2 then some Euro Vision.

I can't believe the Eurovision is on this weekend!

I'm in Birmingham all weekend for a lot of networking and meet and greet...

...and will probably end up missing it!

We are going across for church related connections though...

I love Eurovision, even though the voting is always political and most of the songs are rubbish!! I actually really like our entry this year. When I first heard it I wasn't that impressed, but then spent the rest of the day singing it! I'm not sure if it will win though. I always try and guess which song will win and never manage to get it right! Although its a shame that Terry Wogan will not be commentating I think Graham Norton is a good replacement and should be very entertaining

For me it was Iceland who I favoured as a song Norways song reminded me of puppet on a string upbeat and lively a good foot tapper. The German one was good but they should have dropped the dominatrix girls The French and UK ones were too cats like but we did better then the last few years

The show was very entertaining the sets ware eye-catching and its one of the few I have watched it all

I think we did really well this year! I personally didn't like the Norway song and was quite surprised that it won! I liked Turkey, I thought their song was very catchy.

Agreed!! I think she's great. To go from a 'normal' person off the street to performing in front of millions of viewers in less than 6 months is fantastic.

I don't think anything came of Andy Abraham. He's a really nice guy though. I think he went on tour after he was on X-Factor, but not done anything since Eurovision.

I listen to UK's entry song for the Eurovision. It was alright but obviously written with a simplicity of language and musical openess so as to make it translatable into other languages.

Jade did a fantastic performance of the song. Brilliantly embellished and pitch-perfect for most of the song on the show night.

Having said that, I don't believe it was a 1st place holding song.
