A perfectly tuned and regulated S4 sounds and plays like it was made in Heaven, the Limited Edition S400 even more so, but yes, sadly they stay in that state for anything from a nanosecond to thirty five minutes.

Yamaha's first instrument in 1885 was a portable reed organ of the type popular with missionaries, and of course they built millions of 'home organs' badged as "Electones" from the '60s up to really quite recently, but I'm guessing these are not what you had in mind!?

It sounds to be mid to late 1990s.
I would expect the Rieger-Kloss logo to be in gold foil with the serifs peeling off and the Detoa action to be sticking.

I'd be ever so wary about buying a make with no manufacturer's warranty from a dealership at the other end of the world. No official importer means no warranty except that which may be offered to you by the dealer, and if it's a major fault the dealer will have no redress with a foreign manufacturer.
