Good grief, much of what you just said was like a foreign language to me. It saddens me that I'll never make it to the dizzy heights of grade anything :oops: :cry: but at least I enjoy playing what I can.

Decorating :? my days are not complete unless I've wielded a paintbrush.

I have been a piano angel though and practiced on Rosie yesterday, but I've put the ABRSM music theory pink book back on the shelf in a huff, I just couldn't understand what it was saying and I got the grumps!

Hi Feg, I usually start at the beginning, but some children get bored quickly with it, they'd rather learn a nice little tune first and then the notation later on. We didn't do much playing yesterday, I got them all to be crotchet soldiers and quickedy quavers :mrgreen:
