All dealers have to abide by trading standards and the piano has to be fit for its purpose. Fit for purpose means to be tuned to concert pitch and hold its tune for a reasonable period of time.

ETDs are not great with unisons particularly in the bass where there's a lot of false overtones. You should also check your octaves with your ears to make sure that the stretch is correct for that piano, some ETD does tend to run sharp on older and smaller pianos.
