There was a new Ramaeu in 1997 which from memory was called the ANTIBES model I think but was a much larger model was a 132cm similar size to the ESTEREL model in a very similar design to your photo with candlestick holders,and side handles etc.

The used Yamaha pianos to my knowledge are not reconditioned in Japan,they are done in China and the ones i viewed few years back where awful,you are better the buy instrument that only needs basic action running repairs,I would never dream of fully rebuilding or restringing a full Yamaha piano they...

The value is in what it's worth to you?,have u played the instrument,and why are the company not carrying out repairs to casework themselves and trying to sell for more.Young Chang where grossly overpriced when sold 20 years ago and I would not pay £300 never mind £3000 for one of that age.

Would buy new piano if Its a 126 at that price.oppose to a 30 year old piano which has been heavily used,and in my opinion Yamaha dont restore well.Yamaha is a better piano than reid-Sohn if both new.
