I offer piano lessons from beginner to grade 8 level on any board for all ages. I also prepare you for oral tests and music theory exams.

I offer the first lesson completely free so you can try it out my teaching to see if my style works for you.

I teach by travelling to your home allowing you to have the lesson on your piano and in familiar surroundings. I can travel to anywhere in the York area
however if you live further away I may be able to arrange a time when I'm in the area.

I have experience both as a teacher and as a performer. I am an accompanist for various choirs and the principle accompanist for the Workers' Music Association summer school. I have also been a church organist for various churches for many years and an organ scholar.
