As a piano teacher my aim is to create an enjoyable and focussed environment in which to learn new skills.

I am a graduate of the Royal College of Music with six years teaching experience and an active performing career. I am currently employed as a piano teacher at two London preparatory schools and I also teach at the London College of Music, as well as privately. I strongly believe that given the right instruction and support every student is capable of fufilling their musical potential and therefore I tailor my teaching to each individual's needs.

For the beginner I aim to make learning fun and creative and as well as teaching the basics I encourage them to write their own pieces and embrace a variety of styles, such as classical and jazz.

For the more advanced player I am also able to offer the beneifts of my performing experience, such as preparing for auditions, choosing recital repertoire and coping with nerves!
I regularly prepare students for ABRSM practical and theory exams.
