I have been piano teaching (both privately and in schools) for nearly twenty years. Prospective pupils of all ages and musical experience are welcome; the only prerequisites are the desire to learn and a love of music!

My pupils can be entered for ABRSM or Trinity graded exams if they wish. This is especially useful for those who may benefit from a more structured approach to their progression.

All pupils have the opportunity to play from their repertoire to eachother during informal pupils' concerts, which I hold twice a year. This is useful for those preparing for their 'grades', focuses pupils on developing their performing skills and removes the worries (and sometimes terrors!) of playing in front of others.
