Experienced teacher offers individual Piano and Electronic Keyboard lessons, from beginners to advanced. All ages welcome. I teach my students how to express themselves through the language of music and am happy for students to follow a course of study with or without exams.

I trained at the Birmingham Conservatoire with Hungarian concert pianist Joseph Weingarten and spent a further year with Sidney Harrison in London. I have many years experience of teaching and performing, winning a piano concerto competition enabling me to perform and record live as soloist on BBC and French radio on several occasions. I also took part in a master class with Edith Vogel; performed with a trio and gained 6 first prizes at the Birmingham Music Festival including the prize winners open solo class at the age of 15. I believe having the ability to express yourself through music is a gift that can be carried throughout life.
