I am a classically trained jazz pianist with over 12 years experience as a performer, composer and teacher. Having studied classical piano to Grade 8 and jazz, blues piano and composition to MA level, I am able to offer a rich and varied approach to learning the piano. I worked as a freelance jazz piano tutor at Bournemouth and Southampton Universities (2005-2008) and am now based in Gloucestershire where I run my own teaching company, FootNote Music. This was set up to cater for all types of piano tuition but can also offer specialist jazz and blues piano tuition across all levels.
