Piano Teachers Giving Piano Lessons in England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales

I am currently teaching piano at the University of Southampton and will be moving to Devon in June 2008. Lessons will commence in September 2008 in my purpose-built piano studio from where I will do most of my teaching. I really enjoy teaching and my students have achieved some of the highest results in the county. My University students have also done very well, gaining first class marks. I teach all levels, from the very first lesson to diploma, and am also happy to teach theory only – mainly for the grade 5 exam. Adults and children are all welcome. For my own piano playing, I achieved distinctions for all my grades 3 to 8 and distinction for my LRSM. I also attained the highest exam results for grades 7 and 8 in Norfolk, the highest results at University and have won prizes for being an outstanding musician. I have studied Organ at Winchester Cathedral and St.Peter Mancroft Church in Norwich. I also really enjoyed my Harpsichord tuition with Jane Chapman. All of this knowledge I love to pass on to my students, and hope to provide a service of teaching that gives both excellence and most importantly, enjoyment.
