I am a professional jazz pianist and a music graduate with over 15 years performing experience. I have taught both privately and in schools and have tutored at workshops and Rock Schools.

I also work as a freelance demonstrator for Roland digital pianos and keyboards.

My degree is in classical music but I am also a professional jazz pianist and specialise in this area. I teach jazz, blues, pop/rock and classical styles.

Lessons take place in my studio on Hope Street, at the heart of Liverpool's cultural district.

Adult students are particularly welcome. Don't worry, I know how intimidating it can be if you are about to start piano lessons as an adult - but don't be scared, you'll love it!

I always try to tailor my lessons to meet the needs and interests of the particular pupil - if you want to learn boogie-woogie, there's not much point forcing you to learn Bach inventions!
