I teach a range of abilities, from nervous beginners, to those who are preparing for exams, auditions, competitions, GCSE and A level performance and entrance to university or music college. I can also accompany you for your instrumental exam and am available to be booked for performance and rehearsal. As a piano teacher I bring broad musical experience. I have studied with master pianists, won music scholarships, medals and awards in competitions, been a multi-instrumentalist and played as a principal bassoonist in orchestras, as a composer had my work performed in public by professional ensembles, developed a wide knowledge of musical repertoire and received a music degree from Cardiff University.
I also coach music theory and composition, including score/CD study and instruction in industry standard equipment, such as Sibelius.
