I began teaching piano and theory privately in 1990 to primary aged children. Alongside this, I have been a Director of Music in 2 Secondary Schools in London and have prepared hundreds of children for GCSE and A level Music including composition, performances on piano and voice as well as appraisal and general musicianship. I have prepared pupils of all ages for ABRSM piano and theory exams including Jazz Piano and accompanied instrumentalists too. Some of my pupils gained places at Oxbridge with many others attending other top 10 Universities. I have also been a moderator for the OCR exam board and tutored trainee teachers.

I am now available to teach the piano and theory to all ages and abilities from my home and offer lessons which are fun, friendly and motivational and match the needs of the learner whatever the ability.
