Experienced, fun, friendly piano tutor has availability for new students. All ages and all abilities welcome from young children to adults, from complete beginners to advanced levels.

I have a BMus(Hons) Performance Degree in Piano from Trinity College of Music and I am also a trained Primary School Teacher with a PGCE in this and 6 years experience.

It is my love to share my joy and expertise of the piano. My nature is patient, friendly, calm, enthusiastic. I teach a variety of styles from classical to jazz to pop to modern to whatever you'd like to bring to the lesson or whatever I can introduce. Improvisation is something I value very highly and like to introduce this to students at an early stage to help you build your own confidence that you do know this instrument (even after a few lessons) and can explore it more deeply and so to use this as a means of personal expression.

I also take students through ABRSM piano exams and theory exams Grade 1 to 8, if you choose to take this path.
