Classical and popular (pop, jazz, rock, musical etc). Varying methods used depending on situation.

All ages of pupil are welcome at standards from beginner to grade eight. Taster lessons available.

I prefer to teach from my home since I have top technology for teaching aids: sometimes to record lessons for students' review, or to play backing tracks or CDs to instil a sense of rhythm whilst playing.

I have played for twenty-six years including accompanying Willard White, members of Bolshoi ballet company for dance masterclasses, Disney shows in the West End, cruise ships function bands, piano at River Cottage, director of music for three churches, and as piano, music technology and guitar peripatetic teacher at many schools.

I also work as Musical Director for shows, studio recorder and making backing tracks for shows/exam rehearsals etc.
