Concert pianist and piano teacher Eliza McCarthy graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a BMus Hons 1st Class and a Masters in Music with distinction. She enjoys teaching children and adults at all levels and has extensive experience in leading group workshops which has given her the opportunity to work with adults coaching chamber music and with children in musical theatre. She has toured England and France as a soloist and ensemble musician and performed at leading concert halls in London including Queen Elizabeth Hall, Wigmore Hall, Barbican, Roundhouse and St. John’s Smith Square. She is familiar with a variety of teaching methods and uses what brings out the best in each individual student.
