Orpington Music Studio was set up in July 2011, to offer high quality, consistent and dependable instrumental, singing and theory lessons to residents in Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, Locksbottom and the Cray areas. Our aim is to establish a musical centre, where people could come, and start learning from reliable teachers. We want to produce a stream of consistent results.

We teach Piano (classical and jazz), Violin, Guitar, Drum and Singing.

We offer lessons
* for all ages 6 to 75+
* one-to-one individual lessons
* 30, 45 or 60 minute lessons
* beginner, intermediate or advanced/diploma
* home visits available
* casual learning for own pleasure
* preparations for external exams or concerts.

All of our tutors are selected via a thorough vetting process, in which we evaluate their teaching knowledge and abilities, communication skills, consistency of character and dedication. We insist that our tutors acquire a CRB check. As a prerequisite for joining us, all of our tutors have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in music from a university or music college, as as well at least 5-years teaching experience.
