I am a piano teacher experienced at teaching all ages and abilities:

• Child beginners
• Adult beginners and refreshers
• continuing students at any level
• mock examinations and performance consultations

All genres are covered including:

• Classical from Mozart to Michael Nyman
• Jazz, rock and blues
• Pop, soul and reggae
• Latin and salsa
• Improvisation and song writing

I understand that children and adults require different approaches and I tailor my teaching style and material for each student individually.

I also cover all the skills required for good musicianship - aural skills, music appreciation and sight-reading. Music Theory can also be covered in separate lessons, with the goal to sit theory exams if desired.

I can travel within the Aylesbury area to your home, or alternatively I have timetabled lessons based at my teaching studio in Fairford Leys.
