Advice needed

hi

I am currently working towards grade 4 and need a digital piano and wanted some advice on the right one to get.

I have a budget of £250-£400

Have a look at CLP230, CLP240 from Yamaha.
Some of the higher profile models like the CLP280 may be reduced soon too now that the CLP3XX range is due for release - thatis if it isn't out yet!

I've got the Casio PS-20 which seemed a decent choice for a beginner after reading lots of reviews.....I think they are about £600 new but got mine second hand without a mark for £225 and well pleased

The YDP140 is a good option for you, taking into consideration your budget and the need to conserve space. Good hammer action and that price doesn't seem bad either!
