digital piano impending purchase ...

Post by smoods »

Hi all, I am another one who is after a digital piano and am experiencing the same confusion as many others who have posted for advice.

I started looking at digital pianos last weekend and the only one in the shop that seemed to tick most of the boxes was a Roland FP4 at £699. My question is, could I do better for my money quality wise etc ... I also want the progressive hammer action (or whatever its called).

Thanks

I put in a post about the whole weighted versus hammer action quite a few times. Click on this link below and see if this particular thread answers any of your questions:

I have always been impressed by Yamaha's hammer action keyboard, more so than the "Progressive Hammer Action" of Roland. Again, that is a personal thing. Have a look at some of the Yamaha keyboards with hammer action and see what you think.

If you need more info, post another message! I check the forum regularly.
