I'm not really familar with the brand name - is this company not based in Germany or Central Europe? Usually getting in touch with the manufacturer, in this case Cronenwerth, may be the answer here - have you tried yet?
If they are Europe-based, you'd be better to send an e-mail their way as opposed to phoning them, so that they can translate whatever they can not understand from your message. Having said that, most internationally trading firms will have someone that will able to communicate in English.
Again, I maybe wrong about their company base, but try sending an e-mail to them. If the Spanish version of the brochure exists, surely they'll be able to help!
