Problem with keys

Post by Patrick 2000 » 12 Jan 2013, 04:07

Hi there,

After I pressed a key the key it makes a kind of "tik" sound when it comes up again. It sounds like as if the keys  are not being slowd down. And this is with every key. Is this normal?  Does somebody know why this is?
I have a Yamaha digital piano CLP840

Thanks in advance! !

Call Yamaha with your model and serial number, they may be able to help. Try Tel. 01908 369261 to find out.
